As a fully mobile valeting and detailing service, we come to your home or workplace with everything required to complete the service safely and professionally.

Do I need to provide water or electricity?

 

No. Our mobile setup is fully equipped with our own water supply, power, and professional equipment, allowing us to carry out valeting and detailing services safely at your location.

How long does a valet or detailing service take?

 

The time required depends on the service you choose and the condition of the vehicle. Maintenance valets are typically quicker, while deeper cleaning and detailing services require more time to achieve the best results.

Do you require a deposit when booking?

 

Yes. All bookings with DC’S Valeting & Detailing require a deposit to secure your appointment. This allows us to reserve the time in our schedule and ensure availability for your service. All online bookings require a deposit to complete the online process. 

If you book via text or phone we will send you a payment link for the deposit to be paid which simplifies the booking procedure. 

The remaining balance is payable once the service has been completed and you are satisfied with the results.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.

This allows us enough time to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another customer.

Please note that deposits may be non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours' notice.

If you need to make changes to your booking, simply contact us as soon as possible and we will always do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept card payments or other agreed payment methods. We are able to process card payments on the day via our payment system. Payment details will be provided when your booking is confirmed.

A deposit is required to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance payable once the service has been completed. Invoices and receipts can be provided if needed.
